51.02 JUNK AND JUNK VEHICLES PROHIBITED.It is unlawful for may person to store, accumulate, or allow to remain on any private property within the corporate limits of the City any junk or junk vehicle.
55.03 LICENSING OF ANIMALS 1. Licensing of Dogs. Each owner of a dog shall obtain a current license tag for each dog from the Clerk on or before the first day of January each year. The license fee is five dollars ($5.00) for each dog.
2. Licensing of Cats. Each owner of a cat shall obtain a current license tag for each cat from the Clerk on or before the first day of January of each year. The license fee is five dollars ($5.00) for each cat.
3. Fine. The fine for failure to license an animal is $25.00.
55.06 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE. 1. Dogs and Cats. It is unlawful for any person owning or possessing and dog or cat to permit the same to run at large.
55.16 DANGEROUS ANIMALS. "Dangerous animal"......(c) the following animals, which are deemed to be dangerous animals per se: (F) Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, American Pitbull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, or any dog which has the appearance and characteristics of being predominately of said breeds.
135.08 BURNING PROHIBITED. No person shall burn any trash, leaves, rubbish or other combustible material in any curb and gutter or on any paved or surfaced street or alley.
135.03 PLACING DEBRIS ON. It is unlawful for any person to throw or deposit on any street or alley any glass, glass bottle, nails, tacks, wire, cans, trash, garbage, rubbish, litter, offal, leaves, grass or any other debris likely to be washed into the storm sewer and clog the storm sewer, or any substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle.
136.03 REMOVAL OF SNOW, ICE AND ACCUMULATIONS. It is the responsibility of the abutting property owners to remove snow, ice and accumulations promptly from sidewalks.
155.02 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED. No building or other structure shall be erected, reconstructed, altered, or added to within the City without first securing from the Council a permit therefor. (Fees apply)
50.02 NUISANCES ENUMERATED. 10. Weeds, Brush. All weeds, grasses and non-agricultural plants which are seven (7) inches or more in height or any other rank growth of vegetation that may be injurious to health by releasing particulate matter into the atmosphere or by other means, or which are considered noxious.
151.01 PLANTING RESTRICTIONS. No tree shall be planted in any parking or street.
